Breathwork Coaching

Mindfulness practices help you connect to yourself and the world around you. We provide a safe space to learn and practice these techniques, which include various breathing exercises, tapping, and meditation. These practices have been shown to reduce anxiety and make you feel more grounded.

Proper breathing techniques can make a world of difference for those dealing with POTS or GI issues.

Breathwork coaching is $100/hour-long session, with packages available at a discounted rate. Sessions typically run for 30 minutes at a time.
